We at Medallion understand that being part of a community means getting involved and giving something back.
We have been fortunate to be involved in a number of projects throughout the community to enhance and renovate facilities helping those in need. Following is a sampling of the projects to which we have been committed, as well as links of interest to the greater landscape management community.
Community Services
Housing Industry Foundation
Working with the Housing Industry Foundation, and with the support of our vendors, we provided a complete landscape and irrigation renovation for the following projects.
Bridgeway Project in Fremont
A multi residence facility to provide housing and education for 6 families.
San Jose Family Shelter
Our landscape renovation enhanced the shelter, helping to provide a sense of home to over 30 homeless families.
Clara-Mateo Project
We provided landscape upgrades to the Clara-Mateo Community Shelter located within the Veterans Facility in Palo Alto.
Bill Wilson Center
Medallion upgraded the landscape and planted trees and flowers for this facility which provides housing and assistance for teens.
Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA)
Working with BOMA ( Building Owners & Managers Association) we assisted in the annual Adopt a Family Program at Christmas, ensuring many families would receive gifts of food, clothing, household items and toys for their children.
